Analyzed customer behaviour in response to new product offerings, media broadcast, seasonality effects. This tasks were done on monthly basis during my career at Airtel.

- Effectiveness of new product offerings during off-pick and on-pick hours
- Usage pattern analysis based media & SMS campaigns
- Usage pattern analysis based on seasonal fluctuation such holidays and events
- Brand awareness analysis in collaboration with 3rd party
