Analyzed customer behaviour in response to new product offerings, media broadcast, seasonality effects. This tasks were done on monthly basis during my career at Airtel.

  • Effectiveness of new product offerings during off-pick and on-pick hours
  • Usage pattern analysis based media & SMS campaigns
  • Usage pattern analysis based on seasonal fluctuation such holidays and events
  • Brand awareness analysis in collaboration with 3rd party
