Employer Branding Campaign

In 2014, Nedschroef launched an employer branding campaign in collaboration with its HR department. The project’s objectives were to strengthen the company culture, attract top talent, and reduce hiring costs. A custom content strategy was developed and executed through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Talent Solutions. The results were significant, with a substantial reduction in hiring costs and an increase in the Talent Brand Index from 9% to 36.5%. This initiative was recognized as one of the top B2B employer branding and recruitment cases in the Netherlands by LinkedIn
