Employer Branding Campaign

In 2014, employer branding campaign was launched in collaboration with HR department at Nedschroef. The goal of the project was to create strong company culture, attract good candidates, reduce hiring cost. Tailor-made content strategy was developed and executed via LinkedIn and LinkedIn Talent Solution. The project resulted in high reduction of hiring cost and increased Talent Brand Index from 9 % to 36.5%. This project was nominated as the best B2B employer branding and recruitment case within the industry in the Netherlands.
