Product Portfolio Analysis

Led groundbreaking project at Nedschroef, where, for the first time in the company’s history, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the entire product portfolio using various financial metrics. This six-month initiative involved a dedicated team of three, including myself, traveling to all Nedschroef locations to collaborate closely with the local management teams.

The scope of our analysis included:

  • Market Outlook & Key Trends: Identifying emerging trends and forecasting market dynamics.
  • Competitor Analysis: Assessing the competitive landscape to pinpoint strengths and opportunities.
  • Long-Term Strategic Development (BCG Matrix): Applying the BCG Matrix to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Product Lifecycle Analysis: Evaluating each product’s stage in its lifecycle to inform future strategies.
  • Product Plant Health Check: Conducting in-depth assessments of the health and efficiency of production plants.
  • Customer Scorecard: Measuring customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
  • Recommendations: Providing actionable insights and recommendations for future growth.

This project not only provided critical insights but also laid the foundation for more informed strategic decisions across Nedschroef’s global operations.
