In 2019, Complete risk analysis was carried out for the Nedschroef Group. I was the project leader for this project along with sales, R&D team members from 10 different countries. 

The Risk Analysis project included 

• Identification of different risk factors
• Analyzing impact on Nedschroef
• Market value split analysis
• Identification of opportunities due to marco-economic changes
• Recommendation
